When a company elects to be a member of the BBB they put themselves in the public limelight saying we are proud of our products and our service and strive to prove it everyday. If a consumer is not happy with the company they have an impartial body to assist with resolving the problem. In the many years we have been on the internet we have seen companies start out as members but elect to drop their membership due to too many unresolved complaints. It is also my belief, that any company that is doing a large volume and serving many customers will, from time to time, get a customer that cannot be made happy.
